Collection Counter: Team members who count the weekend collection on Monday on a rotating basis. Basic knowledge of accounting and money handling is required. Tabulation and running of an adding machine is a required skill. Procedural training is provided.
Office Volunteer: General assistance in parish office such as answering phones, greeting visitors, help with mailings and basic recording of information into our data base system.
Parish Building & Grounds Committee: This committee oversees the maintenance of all the parish buildings and grounds. These volunteers research and assess the needs for repairs, updates, or cleanups. Areas of expertise such as electrical, plumbing, etc. are helpful, as some of the work is done by our volunteers rather than contracting outside vendors.
Cemetery Committee: This committee maintains policy and procedure for our parish cemetery.
Semi-Annual Clean-up Crew: A volunteer group of people willing to clean the parish buildings on a as-needed basis, focusing on areas not usually done during general cleaning processes.
Stewardship Committee: This is a joint committee for our parishes. They direct the annual stewardship drive for Time, Talent, and Treasure, as well as any related activities during the course of the year.
Welcoming Committee: Volunteers who contact newly registered members of the parish through phone contacts and/or home visits. We need interested members to re-start this committee for our parishes.
